This is a list of some of the events and organizations where the Russellville High School chapter of National Honor Society has served:
- Visiting local nursing homes and assisted living facilities
- Annual Blood Drive for the American Red Cross
- Helping Hospice of North Alabama
- Tutoring and helping with kids in the after-school programs
- Community outreach programs sponsored by local churches
- Tutoring students at RHS through our peer-tutoring program
- Helping at the animal shelters
