Please complete the application form online so that it is typed. Hand written applications will NOT be accepted. Print two copies. Give one completed copy to Ms. Coan along with the signed agreement form, entry fee, wallet size publicity picture and parent names. Keep the other copy of the completed application to practice for your interview. Check all spelling and grammar. Applications with misspelled words will have points deducted during the interview portion of the pageant.
Application deadline for all forms and $30 Entrance Fee are due January 18, 2023 at the submission meeting from 2:00-3:30 in Ms. Coan's classroom. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
