Mrs. Mayfield is currently in her 34th year as an educator for Russellville City Schools. Mrs. Mayfield is the daughter of Linda Madden and the late Billy Madden. She is married to Mike Mayfield. They have seven children:  Josh, Rebecca, Rachel, John Michael, Hunter, Caitlan, and Anna Catherine.  Mike and Stephanie have five beautiful grandchildren. Stephanie has a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education, she is a certified Reading Specialist in grades 1-12, and is a certified Physical Education teacher in grades K-12. Currently, she teaches Multilingual Learners at the High School.  She also works for Franklin County Community Corrections as a Drug Testing Officer and Instructor for classes in Anger Management and Defensive Driving.  Mike and Stephanie live in Russellville and are proud graduates of Russellville High School.  It’s Great To Be a Golden Tiger!
