    When schools are closed for inclement weather or for any emergency, an attempt will be made to contact the following television stations:

    • WHNT  - Channel 19, Huntsville
    • WAAY - Channel 31, Huntsville

     

    And the following radio stations:

    • WGOL 920 AM - Russellville
    • WKAX 1500 AM - Russellville
    • WJBB - Haleyville
    • WQLT 107.3; KIX 96- Florence
    • WLAY 103.5 FMand 1450 AM - Tuscumbia
    • WFIX 91.3 FM - Florence
    • WVNA 1590 AM and 105.5 FM - Tuscumbia
    • WMSR 94.9 FM (Star 94) - Florence
