Hi there! Welcome to my webpage! Here's a few little pieces of information you might want to know about me...

My name is Marisa Rich. This is my 12th year teaching and my 8th year teaching at RMS! I LOVE IT HERE! As I always say, "We have the best students!"

The courses that I teach are all 8th grade mathematics. If there's one thing this year you will learn about me, it's the fact that I love math, teaching, and my family.

After high school, I attended the University of North Alabama and earned a Bachelors degree in Secondary Education with a focus in mathematics. A few years ago, I completed a Masters degree at UNA as well. 

My husband's name is Scottie. I have two children, Landon (13 years) and Aiden (3.5 years). I love spending my free time hanging out with them or finding any adventure we can.  

I'm so excited to have your child in my classroom this year and to see just how much they #grow!!
