Hi!  My name is Rebecca Calvert and this is my fifth year of teaching at Russellville Elementary. I have taught 3rd grade for the past four years and will be teaching 4th grade this year and am so excited to begin a new adventure.  I am a graduate of the University of North Alabama where I graduated with Cum Laude honors. At UNA, I received my B.S. in Elementary Education. 

I have been married to Frank for 24 years.  We have two sons, Austin (21) and Preston (18).  

I absolutely love teaching children!  I feel very blessed to be employed here at RES.  Be safe in knowing that no matter what the day holds, your child will be taken care of in my classroom.  I make a sincere effort to make sure that each child learns and has fun while doing it.
