I have been at Russellville Elementary School for 10 years now. I teach general music and direct the RES 5th Grade Chorus. I attended Belmont University and the University of North Alabama where I obtained both my Bachelors and Masters Degree in Music Education. I am married to John Ritter who is also a teacher and Head football coach in North Alabama. We have a little girl, Lillian Grace who is 3 years old.  We are expecting our 2nd Child, Lincoln, in February. I have beeen singing ever since I could talk and have known from a very early age that I wanted to be either a Music teacher or performer. Fortunately, I am in a local band called Tremayne as well and I get to do both! I love teaching music to children and exposing them to wide varieties of music.
