Welcome to my homepage! This is my 27th year to teach at Russellville Elementary/College Avenue. I received my Bachelor of Science and Masters Degrees in Elementary Education from the University of North Alabama. I teach 4th grade Math and Alabama History to two amazing groups of students each day. I am married to Leon Crittenden. We have two children, Alex Crittenden and Nicole Betancourt. Alex also graduated from UNA and works at the Muscle Shoals Police Department. Nicole is married to Daniel Betancourt who is in the Air Force. They are stationed at Middlenhall Air Force Base in England. I also have a precious grandson, Cooper, who was born in England. I love teaching math and challenging my students to grow academically.
